THE CREATIVE SPRINT

Most brands spend money producing content before they know if the idea is any good.

You have a brand. Maybe you just built it. Maybe it’s been running for years. Either way, the blank page problem is the same: what does this brand actually say, and what does it look like when it says it?

The gap between a brand foundation and a real creative campaign is where most companies get stuck. The brand document says ‘bold and direct’ and the content team posts something beige. The positioning says ‘we’re different’ and the ads look like everyone else’s.

The Creative Sprint closes that gap. Three campaign directions, each one developed to the point where you can make a real decision about which one to run with, and see what it looks like before you spend production budget finding out.

Fixed fee. No retainer required. No sales pitch at the end.

Why This Exists

A great idea prototyped costs the same as a bad idea produced.

The Sprint tells you which one you have before it matters.

What the Creative Sprint Is

A focused two-week engagement that produces three distinct campaign manifestos, each one fully prototyped across formats using AI-assisted production. Not finished assets. Proof-of-concept creative that shows each idea working in the real world so you can make an informed decision about where to invest.

You get:

Three Campaign Manifestos
  • A core tension: the cultural or emotional truth the campaign exploits
  • The big idea: a central concept the brand owns and only this brand could say
  • A headline system: five to seven headlines that prove the idea has legs
  • A creative rationale: why this idea, why this brand, why now, who it’s for
Three Rapid Prototype Packs

For each manifesto, AI-assisted prototypes across:

  • Three social executions: copy plus visual direction brief for each format
  • 3 AI generated videos with voiceovers
  • 3 AI generated radio spots
  • Programmatic Media Banners
  • 2 Native Blog Campaign Ads
  • One email: subject line, preview text, and full copy
  • A mood board for future execution

Multiple creative executions across three campaign directions. Delivered as a clean document plus prototype assets your team or agency can evaluate and execute from.

Why Prototyping Before Production Matters

Creative decisions made in a document feel abstract. Creative decisions made with actual executions in front of you feel obvious. The Sprint is designed to move you from ‘which direction should we go’ to ‘that one, clearly’ in two weeks, before a production dollar is spent.

The AI prototyping isn’t the final product. It’s the proof. The strategic thinking and the campaign architecture are the work. The prototypes make the thinking visible.

Who This Is For

  • Companies that have a brand foundation, recent or established, and need to see what it looks like in market
  • Marketing teams that have a direction but keep producing safe, forgettable content because nobody has committed to an idea
  • Founders preparing a launch who want three real campaign options to evaluate, not one safe one
  • Companies that have been running the same creative for too long and need a strategic reset with new directions to test
  • Teams briefing agencies or in-house designers who need a creative platform to brief from, not a brand document to interpret
The Creative Sprint works best when built on a clear brand foundation. I recommend engaging me in my Minimum Viable Brand process first before purchasing this direction if you don't already have clear guidelines and branding documents. If you have an MVB Session complete, bring it and Marc will build the manifestos directly from your brand architecture. If you don't have one, The Creative Sprint includes a brand foundation intake that captures what's needed to develop the campaigns. An MVB Session is recommended but not required.

What the Three Manifesto Directions Look Like

Each manifesto takes a genuinely different angle on the brand. Not variations on the same idea. Three distinct strategic positions the brand could occupy, each with its own emotional territory, its own headline voice, and its own executional logic.

One might be provocative. One might be warm. One might be dry and intelligent. The goal is to give you real creative range to evaluate, not three versions of the same safe choice.

After delivery, most clients know within 24 hours which direction they want to run. That clarity is the product.
